Walking through the doors of our offices you are guaranteed to be greeted with high energy and a busy bustle of happenings. Our headquarters, a three-story building at the foot of Carlton Street in Cabbagetown, Toronto, Canada, definitely sees its fair share of activity.
When you walk in, you'll note our rotating staff member sitting near the door to greet our visitors. All are welcome. Visitors are just as likely to be a couple of high school volunteers, as they are to be executives from New York City.
The atmosphere at Me to We is energetic and filled with community. Daily, when we put our heads together, there is electricity in the air. We are working around the clock to put together the best presentations, events, and products to reach as many people as we can. The movement is happening!
We also help out in our local neighbourhood -Cabbagetown- which is a historic area of Toronto known as a low-income area. Historically, it was an immigrant area of the city, and smelled of cabbages, a popular (and inexpensive) vegetable to eat. That's how it got its name. So, in the spirit of reaching out to local and international audiences, we head out once a month to cook a hot breakfast for some of the lower income locals in the park.
If you're in Toronto, drive by, and take a peek in our windows. We're open and transparent to the world.
